Keto Stir Fry Beef with Kailan
Cut kailan into 2 inch pieces. Wash and drain well. Slice beef into thin strips. Mix with xanthan gum, coconut aminos and half the rice wine.
heat oil in wok over high heat. Stir fry garlic and ginger until goldern. Add beef and stir fry 1 minute. Add kailan and fry for 2 more mintues.
Add remaining rice wine and rest of ingredients. Cook for 2 minutes until juices thicken and kailan is tender but not overcooked. Served over cauliflower rice or low carb noodles.
