Sukrin:1 is a natural product with no additives, based on the polyol erythritol. Erythritol occurs naturally in pears, melons and mushrooms. Sukrin is produced by a natural fermentation process. A small amount of steviol glycosides is added to the erythritol to make Sukrin:1 just as sweet as sugar.
Sukrin:1 has a clean, natural sweet taste, looks the same as and has the consistency of sugar. It is just as sweet as regular sugar, and can generally be used in the same quantities. Sukrin:1 is perfect over berries, cereals, porridge and yoghurt and makes drinks, baking and desserts sugar-free without compromise.
