500 grams minced raw pork (can substitute beef, chicken)
2 tsp ghee or saved bacon fat
2 tsp dried onion
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 Tablespoons grated ginger root
2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
2 cups cabbage (cut into strips)
Sliced sweet red pepper strips (optional)
In a large skillet or wok, brown minced pork with ghee/bacon fat.
Add all ingredients but the cabbage to the pork. Cook on medium high heat and let simmer to remove any additional water.
Add cabbage and let cook until tender.
