1 box (340g) of Sukrin Baking Mix
4 eggs
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200 mL of unsweetened almond milk
2 teaspoons of psyllum husks
Preheat waffle iron
Crack eggs and whisk together in a large bowl.
Add milk, vanilla, oil and continue whisking until combined.
Open baking mix and stir well until combined. Add psyllium husks and stir or whisk well.
Open waffle iron and pour into griddle and close waffle iron shut. Cook aproximately 5 minutes or until the waffle is golden brown.
Waffle will look brown but when we tested this recipe, it did not get crispy.
