Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Bundles
Keto Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Bundles
200g of fresh asparagus (medium to large thickness)
4 slices of bacon
Preheat oven to 180C
Wash asparagus and break off woody bottom end.
Cut asparagus stalks into 3 strips each.
Wrap with raw bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place bundles on a rack and place on top of a baking sheet.
Cook for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
