1/2 cup of Keto and Co Pancake Mix
3 large eggs
2 Tablespoons water
1 Tablespoon melted butter
3 Tablespoons Sukrin Maple Flavored sugar free syrup
3 teaspoons butter separated.
Combine eggs, water, melted butter in a bowl and whisk together.
Add 1/2 cup Keto and Co brand pancake mix and stir until well mixed. Let sit 30 seconds to thicken.
Heat a nonstick skillet to medium high pour 1/6 of batter into skillet. Repeat, cooking small batches. When pancake's top edges are dry and firm, flip and cook until browned on bottom.
Makes 6, 4-inch pancakes. Serve 2 pancakes with 1 Tablespoon of syrup.
For nutritional purposes we did not add the Erythritol sugar alcohols to the nutrition.
