100 Sukrin Chia Bread roll
15 g sliced cheddar cheese
20g sliced precooked chicken breast
10g sliced onion raw
1 egg
1 Tablespoon Ken's Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Prepare Sukrin Chia Bread Mix into 5 rolls (100g each) following box directions.
Slice cheese, onion and chicken and set aside.
Cook 1 egg in a small pan. Flip on both sides.
While egg is cooking adjust your broiler to the top rack. Cut Chia roll into 2 halves, like a hamburger bun.
Place Chicken on one half and cheese on the other, and toast in oven rack for 3-5 minutes under broiler.
When egg is cooked, fold in half. Remove Bread from oven. Assemble sandwich adding egg and onion and ranch dressing.
Serve warm.
For less calories, remove the egg, but the ranch dressing really makes this dish work. Or eat half as the bread is very dense.
