500g fresh prawns (shrimp)
500g fresh mussels
5 links of precooked smoked sausage, like Johnsonville brats, cut into 2 inch pieces
3 Tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
4 garlic cloves
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup white wine
lemon wedges and parsley for serving
Preheat Oven to 200C
Line a large casserole dish with aluminum foil. Make sure the foil extends on all 4 sides (as you are going to make a giant pouch).
Place all ingredients in the pan stir so all ingredients are well coated.
Top dish with more aluminum foil and crimp edges with hands. Poke top of foil with knife to allow steam to vent.
Cook for 30 minutes until shrimp are opaque.
Cover table with newspaper or baking paper and serve
