1.25 cups of liquid aminos or soy sauce
9 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
2 cloves of grated garlic
3 teaspoons of Sukrin brown sugar substitute
0.5 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional)
In a medium saucepan, add soy/aminos, viengar, ginger, garlic and sweetener
Stir well, cover and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
(Optional) Sprinkle xanthan gum a little at a time whisking until dissolved. Sauce will thicken quickly.
Turn off heat and let cool to room temperature. Transfer to a lidded jar and store for 2-3 week in fridge.
Makes 15 (3 Tablespoon portions) or aproximately 1 3/4 cups sauce.
