4 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon whisky
3/4 teaspoon of liquid Sucralose
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
Prepare your ice cream maker.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir well until completely mixed.
Pour cream mixture into ice cream maker and let it churn until paddle stops. (1-2 hours)
Remove from ice cream maker. Spoon ice cream into a freezer proof container with a lid. Let freeze 3-5 hours of overnight.
We think this will be good with a nice rum as well. Try using a non-peaty whiskey. We happened to use a cask strength whiskey and the ice cream was scoop-able like store bought ice cream.
If you don't have liquid Sucralose, substitute 1 cup of artificial sweetener.
