Keto Squid Adobo
Heat oil on medium high heat in a large saucepan. Add onion and salt and cook until soft, about 3-5 minutes.
Add vinegar and soy sauce. Stir frequently. Add bay leaves, black pepper, and squid meat.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low. Simmer for 45 minutes. Remove bay leaves and serve over cauliflower rice.
