1 cup sugar free mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons sugar free ketchup
1 Tablespoon butter, melted
3 teaspoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar substitute
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons water
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and blend until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or more before serving.
Goes well with boiled prawns (shrimp). Peel and devein 500g of raw shrimp. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add prawns and boil until pink and floating to the top (about 5 minutes). Drain and immediately chill in an ice water bath. Pat dry. Serve with the Yum Yum Sauce.
