1 Tablespoon low sugar mustard
1 Tablespoon zero sugar golden syrup
2 ribeye steaks (200g each)
salt and pepper to taste
Prepare a charcoal grill and wait until coals are white hot all over.
Mix mustard and golden syrup together in a bowl.
Pat steak dry with paper towels. Spread mustard mixture over steak on one side with back of a spoon. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper
Flip steak and repeat with mustard mixture, salt and pepper on other side.
Place the steaks on the grill and cook until golden brown and slightly charred, 4 to 5 minutes. Turn the steaks over and continue to grill 3 to 5 minutes for medium-rare.
Remove from grill and place on dinner plate. Invert dinner plate as a cover and let rest for 3-5 minutes before eating.
Cook to 60C for medium rare, medium 65, and well done 70
