100 g of almond flour
2 Tablespoons of cream cheese
200 g of shredded mild cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp dried rosemary, separated
1/4 cup Vesper Brothers pasta sauce
200 g shredded cheese of your choosing
Preheat oven to 200 C
Combine cream cheese, 100g almond flour and 200g of mild shredded cheese in a microwave proof bowl.
Microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently
After cheese is melted and dough is combined, quickly stir in egg and 1 tsp rosemary.
Form into a ball and place between 2 sheets of baking paper. Using a rolling pin, roll into a flat shape.
Place on dough pizza pan, lined with baking paper. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping once.
Top with pasta sauce, more remaining rosemary, then top with remaining 200 g of cheese.
Cook for 10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy warm.
