4 Tablespoons homemade Keto Thousand Island Dressing
1 precooked chicken breast sliced
1/8 red bell pepper sliced into cubes
1/8 yellow bell pepper sliced into cubes
2 Tablespoons blueberries
30g natural cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and toss salad until salad dressing coats all leaves of lettuce. Divide into 2 servings and enjoy.
