I box of Sukrin Bakemix
100g butter, melted
4 eggs
100 mL water
1 cup pecans pieces
1 cup crispy pork skins, smashed into flour
1/2 cup Sukrin gold brown sugar substitute
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
Sukrin maple syrup for garnishing (optional)
Preheat oven to 175 C
Grease and line with baking paper a bundt cake pan
Mix cake mix, 4 eggs, melted butter and water. Whisk together until combined.
Smash pork skins in a plastic bag with a rolling pin.
Chop pecans, or alternative place in plastic ziploc bag and smash into coarse pieces
Combine pork skins, Sukrin brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans into a bag or bowl and mix well.
Pour cake batter into pan. Using your hand or a big spoon, spread topping evenly across cake.
Place in oven and cook for 25-30 minutes. Top will brown quickly so remove and let cool.
Serve with black coffee and drizzle with Sukrin maple syrup for garnishing (optional)
