Keto Chocolate Cheescake
3 packs of cream cheese (250g each) softened to room temperature
1/4 cup of butter, softened
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
14 ounces of heavy cream
1.5 cups of Sukrin Gold brown sugar substitute
1/2 cups of Hershey's cocoa powder
Preheat oven to 150 C (300 F)
Grease and then line a deep springform pan with baking paper on bottom and sides
Using a hand or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time and mix to combine
Add cocoa and brown sugar substitute and mix until combined
Add vanilla and cream and mix until combined
Pour mixture into pan.
Place pan on baking sheet and then place in oven, on. middle rack for 65 minutes at 150 degrees C or until set.
Let cool to room temperature. Then transfer to refrigerator and let chill overnight.
