1 hard boiled egg
1 can of tuna drained
1/4 cup of no sugar sweet pickle relish
2 stalks of celery minced
1/4 onion minced
1 Tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup no sugar added mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Boil 1 egg and let it cool, then peel. Using a fork, smash egg into a fine mince.
Mince celery and onion.
Drain tuna very well.
Add all ingredients and stir well to combine.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Adjust ratio of mustard, mayo and relish to fit your taste
Tuna packed in oil does better than water for a richer and less watery dish.
