Keto Savory Crackers (Biscuits)
80g almond four
160g shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tablespoons cream cheese
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 egg beaten
Preheat oven to 200C
Combine cream cheese, cheese, and almond flour in large bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Mix well then add egg and mix until combined when dough is still hot. Add desired spices like rosemary and combine into dough. Can also use crushed red pepper, salt etc.
Unroll large sheet of baking paper. Put dough and paper and top with another sheet of baking paper. Roll flat with rolling pin.
Remove top layer of paper.
Cut dough into 1 inch squares.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Place squares onto sheet and cook in oven for 5 minutes. Flip squares and cook 5 more minutes but do not over cook. Remove from oven. Serve immediately.
If you make the crackers in advance, reheat 5 minutes at 200C.
