12 prawns, peeled, deveined and boiled, chilled in ice.
1 red bell pepper cut into strips
1 green bell pepper cut into strips
12 slices cooked crispy and cut into 1/2
Celery stalks, washed and cut into 1/3 strips.
Yum Yum Sauce spiked with Old Bay
Ken's Ranch Dressing
Prepare Cheese Ball and store in fridge
Peel devein and boil shrimp in water until they float and immediately take out of pot. Plundge in ice bath until cool. Store in fridge.
Cook bacon, let cool rolled in paper towels. Cut into 1/2 strips.
Prepare Keto Crackers in advance. Day of serving, reheat at 200C for 5 minutes.
Prepare Pimento Cheese
Pour Ken's Dressing into a small bowl.
Arrange platter and serve.
